Important note about my handmade sculptures
Before deciding to purchase a piece, it is important to realize that variations in finish are inevitable because each piece is cast and finished by hand. Nicks, scratches, superficial surface cracks, and pigment irregularities are all a byproduct of my process.  Similarly, although I have not used filters when photographing my pieces, variations in light will impact the colour of the piece in different lighting environments. As a result, it is not possible to guarantee that the piece you receive will be identical to the image on the website.  If you would like to see specific piece before purchasing, please request this and I can email you some photos to facilitate your decision. 

Returns
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at patrickflavinsculptor@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2239 Ashlee Road, Nanaimo, BC, Canada, V9R 6T5 and that you will have to cover the cost of shipping a return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at patrickflavinsculptor@gmail.com.

Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at patrickflavinsculptor@gmail.com.
